    DELICIOUS CREPES ROLLS

    FULL RECIPE:



    For a dozen pancakes rolled 


    Ingredients pancake batter:
    - 500 ml of milk
    - 60 ml of water
    - 4 eggs
    - 30 g of melted butter
    - 30 ml rum (optional)
    - 3 g of salt
    - 50 g of sugar (more for a nice color)
    - 170 g flour
    - 30 g unsweetened cocoa

    Ingredients garniture:
    - Quality spreads
    - A little cream (to mix with the spread for the sauce at the end of the video)
    - Praline (pieces of caramelized hazelnuts)

    Steps

    For the pancake batter:
    Mix together all the ingredients will ensure a paste without lumps and extremely simple to achieve :) By cons as gluten (protein in the flour) has been shaken, it will require a resting time of 2 hours at room temperature. After this rest, mix the dough well with the whisk. Grease (neutral oil or butter) a very hot frying pan (the first pancake often missed is in the pan, not enough preheated) and pour half a ladle of dough, spread the dough well and cook for about 40 seconds before returning the pancake and annealing for about thirty seconds. Do this for each pancake and set aside between 2 plates.

    Mounting:

    Spread out your spread (slightly heated so you can spread it easily) on your pancakes and sprinkle with a little praline, fold the 2 edges and roll as shown on the video. Stack the rolled pancakes and drizzle with the spread. Good tasting :)
